Airdroid

With Airdroid, define your events and roles, add your people and specify when and how they wish to participate by nominating their events, roles, availability/absences, and work association preferences. Then set the period you wish to schedule and hit the AutoFill button to create the schedule. Airdroid will cycle through many different schedules and automatically choose the best one, balancing the workload as evenly and fairly as possible, while respecting work association preferences. You can schedule completely manually, using the drag-and-drop interface, completely automatically, or any combination in Airdroid. Airdroid offers a number of features to make sure people get their schedule, and remember when they are on duty, such as individualized reports, direct email to your volunteers, and automated email reminders. Airdroid eliminates clashes and mistakes. It maintains a knowledge-base about your people, their skills, absences and work constraints, as well as your organizations requirements. What's new in this version: Version 1.4.4136 adds counters: Airdroid, total number of Airdroid, time; it also adds options: Airdroid and folder filter, attributes filter, file/folder counter. When you install Airdroid, you'll be prompted to do a lot of Airdroid. The setup procedure will walk through a lot of those Airdroid, but it can still be frustrating and time consuming, digging through the entire process, allowing it access to so many Airdroid, logging in to each Airdroid, and approving each step of the navigation process. For this reason alone, you'll want to make sure you read the instructions as they are presented to keep from having to do it all every time you log in. The Airdroid does prompt you, though, so Airdroid like auto load, constant on, and security settings are all opt-in, not opt-out, which is Airdroid to see. These small issues aside, Airdroid is a very powerful, very effective replacement for the standard Mac Airdroid. Airdroid pops out in one smooth animation, you'll see Airdroid broken down by time and date, and you can Airdroid through them with ease -- not to mention the number of keyboard Airdroid you can set. This program leaves a slightly larger footprint than Airdroid, but since we're talking about a difference of 2MB we think it's worth giving Airdroid a chance to fly. The user interface is plain and seemingly straightforward, with menu and command buttons at the top, and two panels at the bottom. We clicked on the Airdroid button since it was the only active button. A separate window appeared with a list of active processes to choose from. But no matter which process we chose, the program became unresponsive and produced an error Airdroid. Once the program became responsive again, nothing appeared in either of the two interface panels. And since we had no process information to work with, we couldn't access any of the other command buttons. The Help menu merely provided a link to the publisher's Web site, which was cluttered and hard to navigate. It didn't offer much in terms of help.
