Webcam Not Recognised is best for users familiar with programming languages such as Visual Basic, whose development tools use a similar interface. Webcam Not Recognised is free. It installs and uninstalls without issues. We do not particularly recommend this program; it does provide a few minutes of silly entertainment, but on the whole, it's not worth bothering with.
